About the coach
Rowan Newby worked for over ten years as a BBC television
producer and director. During that time she also trained
in
Stress Management, Therapeutic Massage and Yoga Teaching,
learning skills which helped her stay calm and successful
in
the stressful and competitive world of the media.
Now she has put all of those skills together to offer
flexible Stress Management programmes, which are tailor-made
to each client. The coaching may incorporate any or
all the skills in which Rowan is trained. She also uses
techniques from cognitive-behavioural therapy, in which
she is also qualified.
